Hucknall WI Committee

In order for Hucknall WI to run a dedicated committee is required to plan and coordinate not only the monthly meetings, but also ensure we fundraise and continue to run events and socials for our members to enjoy.

I joined Hucknall WI in 2022 after receiving a leaflet through my door. I joined the committee soon after and I've never looked back!

I rejoined Hucknall WI in 2015 and became President in 2020 just in time for lockdown! I have been President for 4 consecutive years.

Despite my mum being part of the WI all my adult life I didn't join myself until she needed someone to bring her to meetings. Once I actually came along - I was hooked!
